From the shape alone is enough tempting right? Now you try to make it.

Stuffing material:
– 2 egg yolks
– 250ml of liquid milk
– 50gr granulated sugar
– 2sdm uphold durian meat
– 1/2 salt
– 1sdm tep custard
– 1.5 sds tepai cornena
– 1 / 2sdt vanilla paste

Leather Material:
– 1 egg
– 450ml of liquid milk
– 1sdm of vegetable oil
– 200gr flour
– 1sdm tep starch
– 10gr cocoa powder
– 1/2 salt

How to make:
1. Stuffing ingredients: stir well all ingredients then cook in a pan while continuing to stir with medium heat until bubbling & thickening. Set aside.
2. Leather: mix & mix thoroughly all ingredients then filter.
3. Heat a 18 cm diameter Teflon skillet which has been buttered and then pour about 3sdm of the skin mixture while the pan is turned so that the dough forms a circle then place the pan on the stove over low heat until the skin is cooked. Do it until the dough runs out.
4. Take the skin mixture then add the ingredients then cover & fold like an envelope.
5. Ready to be served.
