Onde-onde

Onde-onde is food that is already familiar. It tastes good, of course many people like it. You can make it yourself at home.

Material contents:
– 150 gr peeled green beans, soaked for 1 hour
– 100 gr sugar
– 2 pandan leaves, tied a knot
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 200 ml coconut milk from 1/2 coconut

Leather material:
– 250 gr white sticky rice flour
– 1/2 tsp grm
– 50 gr steamed potatoes, mashed
– 75 gr refined sugar
– 160 ml of warm water
– 125 gr of sesame for coatings
– The oil for frying

How to make:
– Contents: Steam the steamed green beans for 25 minutes. Lift, then blender smooth with coconut milk
– in the pan, cook the green beans that have been blended with the rest of coconut milk, sugar, salt and pandan leaves. Stir until smooth, let it cool round shape, so that it can be neatly weighed. Each 15 gr set aside (I’m not weighing, it’s only about)
– skin: mix white glutinous rice flour, steamed potatoes, refined sugar and stirring salt
– Pour warm water a little until smooth and slippery
– weigh 25 gr each (I don’t weigh it) flat, give the contents of a round shape, do it until the dough runs out.
